Our holiday cottages in Sidmouth

Always a joy to return to Littlecourt Cottages and see Selwyn and Geoff. Despite all the bad weather the garden looked wonderful as always. Thank you for another restful stay in The Coach House, and see you soon.

Our first stay at Littlecourt, and very impressed with the property, superbly decorated and equipped, everything you need is there for you. It was really quiet, but only 5 minutes walk to the shops and seafront, and the gardens are beautiful. We would highly recommend a holiday here.

Littlecourt Cottages is a wonderful location. It was like entering the magic world of the hidden secret garden where our cottage was sited. For one week we had the privilege of enjoying a truly amazing garden. Only a few minutes from the beach in one direction and the town centre in the other. For several days we were able just to walk and leave the hassle of driving behind.

The cottage we stayed in was lovely. It was beautifully maintained. Spotlessly clean. So comfortable. Everything one could need was provided.The owners are amazing. So kind and generous with their time. Nothing is too much trouble. This was my third time of staying and I hope to be able to spend more time in the future at this fabulous location.

Our recent stay at Littlecourt Cottages was a delight. The cottage was absolutely spotless and well equipped with everything we needed for the week. The cottages were set in well maintained gardens which added to the peaceful and relaxing week.

Our Hosts, Selwyn and Geoffrey were very attentive and helpful during our stay. Even after numerous stays we still look forward to our return to Littlecourt cottages.

Holidaying in Sidmouth in 2010 came across Littlecourt cottages, luckily it was a change over day and were able to take a quick view - absolutely suburb, we were so impressed we booked our next holiday. We have been returning year after year ever since.

Selwyn & Geoffery make a great team regularly updating and improving the cottages, they make you so welcome. Love Sidmouth. Love Littlecourt a great little gem. We thank you both, never been disappointed, already looking forward to our next holiday.

This is self - catering at its best. Impeccably clean throughout , well equipped, tastefully decorated and comfortable throughout. It doesn't get any better.

We have been returning to Littlecourt for 10 years and the properties remain immaculate, with continual updates / improvements. Can't be beaten for location. Also can't be beaten for helpfulness of Selwyn and Geoff the owners.

Sidmouth has everything needed for a seaside holiday - beautiful coastline and walks, lovely town with independent shops and lots of places to eat and drink, also a theatre. Alternatively time can just be spent relaxing in the gardens at Littlecourt as each cottage has a private garden area.

Another very enjoyable stay at Littlecourt.Selwyn and Geoff re so friendly and helpful and go out of their way to make your stay perfect in every way. The cottages are all very comfortable and filly equipped with everything you may need whilst staying in such a peaceful location yet so close to the town centre and promenade.

Sidmouth is a lovely place to visit with its promenade and local shops.There are many restaurants and cafes if you want to dine out.Many pleasant walks in the area and interesting places to visit within east reach

Always a very warm welcome from Selwyn and Geoffrey. It really is a home from home set in lovely gardens. Spotlessly clean and beautifully and tastefully furnished. Cherry Cottage is a gem, can't wait to revisit next year. If you haven't savoured this remarkable part of Devon, you will be missing out. Sidmouth, full of history, and its surrounding area is beautiful.

Selwyn and Geoffrey are always very welcoming and you want for nothing in these beautiful cottages. The cottages are immaculate and set within beautiful gardens. You are tucked away in a quiet part of Sidmouth but within a short walk into the town.

Everything about the Cottages is perfect for us. Always a great welcome from Geoff and Selwyn. Cottages are always warm, clean and comfortable.

Another great stay, Selwyn and Geoff are superb hosts and the coach house was clean, comfortable and very well equipped. I'm sure we will be back in the future.

We had almost enjoyable Christmas and New Year at Littlecourt staying in Hemphaye which had beautiful Festive decorations everywhere. Selwyn and Geoff are so kind and helpful and nothing is too much trouble.We will be back soon.

We heartily recommend Sidmouth for the many local walks and the large variety of local shops. There is a variety of places to eat to suit all tastes. There are many interesting places to visit within easy reach including Beer, Seaton, Exeter and Lyme Regis.

The location is excellent just a short stroll to the sea and the lovely town.
