A perfect holiday home just a short walk from the beach and the town, with Parking for one car.

The ground-floor, centrally heated cottage has a spacious lounge with a comfy sofa and free Wi-Fi. You can chill out in front of the TV while watching programmes on the 56-inch Smart TV.

A separate formal dining area and a second dining table and chairs are in the bay window.

The kitchen has an eye-level electric oven, hob, full-size fridge and freezer, microwave, and dishwasher. The shared laundry room has a washing machine and a gas dryer.

The bedroom has twin beds that can be linked to form a six-foot super king-size bed and a large en-suite shower room.

The cottage has an outside seating area.

There is a strict no-smoking or vaping policy within the property.

The owners reside within the complex and will happily offer assistance throughout your stay.

Cottage Details Cancellation Details

A deposit of 33.3% of the booking total is required.
Full booking balance must be paid 56 days before arrival.

If the booking is cancelled less than 56 days before arrival then a charge equal to the full booking amount will be made.
If the booking is cancelled 56 or more days before arrival then a charge equal to 33.3% of the stay will be made.

In the event of a no show or booking reduction (after arrival date) the full cost of the booking is charged.

Cherry Cottage is a gem

Always a very warm welcome from Selwyn and Geoffrey. It really is a home from home set in lovely gardens. Spotlessly clean and beautifully and tastefully furnished. Cherry Cottage is a gem, can't wait to revisit next year. If you haven't savoured this remarkable part of Devon, you will be missing out. Sidmouth, full of history, and its surrounding area is beautiful.

Returning year after year

Holidaying in Sidmouth in 2010 came across Littlecourt cottages, luckily it was a change over day and were able to take a quick view - absolutely suburb, we were so impressed we booked our next holiday. We have been returning year after year ever since.

Selwyn & Geoffery make a great team regularly updating and improving the cottages, they make you so welcome. Love Sidmouth. Love Littlecourt a great little gem. We thank you both, never been disappointed, already looking forward to our next holiday.
