The Coach House

Converted from the original Coach House, this delightful, centrally heated cottage has a comfortable lounge on the ground floor with French doors leading to its private deck and outside entertainment area. You can chill out on a comfy sofa and two armchairs in the lounge while watching programmes on the 56-inch Smart TV with free Wi-Fi.

A few stairs lead to a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and cloakroom.

The kitchen has an electric oven, hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, and dishwasher. The shared laundry room has a washing machine and a gas dryer.

The first floor has two bedrooms and a large, shared shower room. The large, sunny main bedroom has two single beds, which can be linked to form a six-foot super king-size bed. The second bedroom has a four-foot double bed.

A cot and high chair are available upon request.

The cottage is 600 meters from the town centre and seafront and is easily walkable.

The owners reside within the complex and will happily help throughout your stay.

There is a strict no-smoking or vaping policy within the property.

Cottage Details Cancellation Details

A deposit of 33.3% of the booking total is required.
Full booking balance must be paid 56 days before arrival.

If the booking is cancelled less than 56 days before arrival then a charge equal to the full booking amount will be made.
If the booking is cancelled 56 or more days before arrival then a charge equal to 33.3% of the stay will be made.

In the event of a no show or booking reduction (after arrival date) the full cost of the booking is charged.

Another great stay

Another great stay, Selwyn and Geoff are superb hosts and the coach house was clean, comfortable and very well equipped. I'm sure we will be back in the future.

Peaceful and Relaxing

Our recent stay at Littlecourt Cottages was a delight. The cottage was absolutely spotless and well equipped with everything we needed for the week. The cottages were set in well maintained gardens which added to the peaceful and relaxing week.

Our Hosts, Selwyn and Geoffrey were very attentive and helpful during our stay. Even after numerous stays we still look forward to our return to Littlecourt cottages.
