Perfect holiday home just a short walk from the beach and the town with parking for one car.

The centrally heated cottage is 600 meters from both the town centre and the seafront, and both are easily accessible on foot.

Built originally as a Victorian addition to Littlecourt, the entrance hall leads to a large lounge, where you can relax on the comfortable sofas while watching programs on the 56-inch Smart TV and enjoy free Wi-Fi.

The cottage now features a ground-floor cloakroom. There is a newly refurbished, fully fitted, large open plan kitchen and a beautiful dining area in a lantern conservatory. The kitchen has a breakfast bar, an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, and dishwasher. Additionally, a washing machine and a gas dryer are available in the shared laundry room.

The ground-floor bedroom features twin beds and has an en-suite shower cubicle and WC. On the first floor are a further two bedrooms, each with a double bed and en-suite shower room and WC.

There are two outside seating areas.

A cot and highchair are available upon request.

The owners reside within the complex and will be happy to help throughout your stay.

There is a strict no-smoking or vaping policy within the property.
