Perfect holiday home just a short walk from the beach and the town with parking for 1 car.

The centrally heated cottage is 600 meters from both the town center and seafront and both are easily walkable.

An entrance hall leads to a most attractive and tastefully furnished dining room with an open plan fully fitted kitchen and breakfast bar. The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, and dishwasher. There is also a washing machine and gas dryer in the shared laundry room. There is a ground floor cloakroom.

Double doors lead into the lounge where you can chill out on two comfy armchairs and a sofa while watching programs on the 56 inch Smart TV and free WiFi.

The large sunny main en suite bedroom overlooking the front garden has 2 single beds which can be linked to form a 6 ft. super king-size bed. The second en suite bedroom has twin beds.

A cot and high chair are available upon request.

The owners reside within the complex and will be happy to offer assistance throughout your stay.

There is a strict no smoking or vaping policy within the property.

Cancellation Details

A deposit of 33.3% of the booking total is required.
Full booking balance must be paid 56 days before arrival.

If the booking is cancelled less than 56 days before arrival then a charge equal to the full booking amount will be made.
If the booking is cancelled 56 or more days before arrival then a charge equal to 33.3% of the stay will be made.

In the event of a no show or booking reduction (after arrival date) the full cost of the booking is charged.

This is self - catering at its best. Impeccably clean throughout , well equipped, tastefully decorated and comfortable throughout. It doesn't get any better.

Third time of staying

Littlecourt Cottages is a wonderful location. It was like entering the magic world of the hidden secret garden where our cottage was sited. For one week we had the privilege of enjoying a truly amazing garden. Only a few minutes from the beach in one direction and the town centre in the other. For several days we were able just to walk and leave the hassle of driving behind.

The cottage we stayed in was lovely. It was beautifully maintained. Spotlessly clean. So comfortable. Everything one could need was provided.The owners are amazing. So kind and generous with their time. Nothing is too much trouble. This was my third time of staying and I hope to be able to spend more time in the future at this fabulous location.

Everything you need

Our first stay at Littlecourt, and very impressed with the property, superbly decorated and equipped, everything you need is there for you. It was really quiet, but only 5 minutes walk to the shops and seafront, and the gardens are beautiful. We would highly recommend a holiday here.
