Perfect holiday home just a short walk from the beach and the town with parking for 1 car.
The centrally heated cottage is 600 meters from both the town center and seafront and both are easily walkable.
Built originally as a Victorian addition to Littlecourt the entrance hall leads to a large lounge, where you can chill out on the comfy sofas while watching programs on the 52 inch Smart TV and free WiFi.
The cottage now has a ground floor cloakroom. There is a newly refurbished fully fitted large open plan kitchen and beautiful dining area in a lantern conservatory. The kitchen has a breakfast bar, an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, and dishwasher. There is also a washing machine and gas dryer in the shared laundry room.
The ground floor bedroom with twin beds has an en-suite shower cubicle and WC. On the first floor are a further two bedrooms, each with a double bed and en-suite shower room and WC.
There are two outside seating areas.
A cot and high chair are available upon request.
The owners reside within the complex and will be happy to help throughout your stay.
There is a strict no smoking or vaping policy within the property.
